Lost User Privileges Win2K Professional

Hi,
Pls. tell how I can recover the Admin privileges for my usr at my notebook. I?ve tried with ALL the Admin passwords from my company and from my last client. I cannot setup nor install any “recovery” prgrm.
I?ll appreciate your help on this.
