I have Googled and found that many people’s computers, like mine, have lost the ability have the Windows Media Center make an Internet connection to download the TV Guide listings. There seems to be no clear fix for the “can’t download” problem described as (Code:13). The guide use to download daily updates with no problem and then… ??????
