A client has done something I’ve never seen
before. She pushed her Word window right off
the screen. When I open word, I can see the
animation of it opening to the left of the
screen. The only way we can get it back on
screen is to right click on the Word icon in
the taskbar and choose Maximize. When I
select restore, it goes back to the left and
off screen. I tried moving the mouse along
the left of the screen and at a certain point
I get a four sided (move) arrow, but when I
click,it goes back to the normal arrow. I
can’t grab anything. I also tried adjusting
the display settings to see if we could see a
part of the window, but no luck. Any suggestions?
