Lotus Notes address book extract/convert to excel,pst,csv

We are changing from Lotus Notes 5 to MSOutlook 2007. I am looking for a tool to extact the personal address book of each user and convert it to an Excel file or alternatively a .pst.

I have been trying some utilities from SysTools but they are slow and so far only one has worked.

Any suggestions?
