Lotus Notes error

I am getting the following error when the user tries to access his mail thorugh lotus notes client”TCP/IP protocol stack reported that it ran out of memory”. The OS is WIN98.PC is of 500Mhz/64 MB RAM.The problem seems to occcuring only on this pc.the PC had been formatted completely only a few days back.pls help.
