I just set up a new user on a brand new pc with Lotus Notes 6.5.4. When she tries to Move a message to a folder, the Move button is greyed out and the only option is to Add the message to the folder. This does not remove it from its current location. Why would the move button be greyed out and how do I fix this? Thanks!
