we have since any days DNS. To work with the Notes Client in the LAN over DNS – no problem, but a mobile user who login over RAS in the LAN, all applications work ok only Notes not. Notes can?t resolve with DNS the Server-name. The client runs with Win 98. The error-message is “Remote Server is not an tcpip host” or so. The Server/OU/O is not Server.fully_qualified_domain_name. Who has a solution. We have make changes in server dokument and any other changes but without solution.
