Our Lotus Notes service will periodically die with a message window that reads “Application Error in Program: nomsgcnv.exe
We find when this happens that the SNMP service, as well as the Lotus Notes service is stopped. After restarting these services, we seem to run fine until the next occurance.
What can be causing this?
We are running Notes 4.6.2 server on a WinNT server 4.0, Service pack 5. Notes is the only app running on this server.
