Loud groan lasting 30sec after cold bootup.
CPU fan and graphics fan seem OK, since
groaning remains when these fans are unplugged.
However, if the Power Fan Warning Alarm
is selected as enabled, then ab alarm is sounded until the warning in BIOS PC Health is
disabled. The fans on the ALlied power
supply are not binding.
If it is the Power supply,how can I
troubleshoot it?
