    Low FPS/ “Laggy” Interface on a High End PC (Help)

    I currently own a high end gaming laptop which up until recently has run perfectly fine. As of recent, everything I do on the laptop (connected to a monitor) has been “laggy” and low FPS, unless fullscreen. I’ve noticed that immediately after startup its fine, but within a minute goes back to its laggy state. I don’t have any background apps running and never have more than 2 windows open at a time, any help?
