I run Win ME Pentium 4. Sound Card Audio Excel CM18738/C3DX PCI audio device. I have run the setup wizard but still find that at full volume the play back is still very low, spiking to only about 1/4 volume, only just audible. In the tool bar when I click on one of the tabs (can’t remember which) it says “increase volume by 25%” I do this but still no improvement nor does a tick appear next to it that command, (is it supposed to get one?) Any help would be appreciated. I hope I can find my way back to this site as I am a newby here <8-(
