LPR print monitor (event id 2004)

By Kate99 ·
How do I get rid of this message in event viewer. I have one printer that gives me this message incessantly. I have other printers that seem to be configured the same way and don't give me this message. Is there a setting I have missed on the printer?
Any help is appreciated.

Check the Service Pack Level. According to Microsoft, "This behavior is fixed in Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition, Service Pack 5." (MS Article ID # Q249017).
