lsass.exe- System error: Directory services

By andre_sprs ·
Hi guys.

I have a dell poweredge 840 running windows server 2003 standard. I decided to reinstall ws2003 and at first I was getting a error stating that setup did not find any hard drives. When I opened the server I noticed that my hard drive wasnt connected directly to the SATA port on the mother board but through another way. So i decided to get a SATA cable and connect the hard drive to the port, And it worked. But after it rebooted itself, just before it came time for me to enter my credentials to logon, I received an error stating:

lsass.exe- system error, security accounts manager initialization failed because of the following error: Directory services can not start. Error status 0xc00002e1.
please click OK to shutdown this system and reboot into directory services restore mode, check the event log for more detailed information.

So I went into directory restore mode and it wont take my credentials. Not only do i have this problem but also during the BIOS startup I have this error:
Integrated RAID exception detected
Volume(00:000) is currently in the state RESYNCING
enter the SAS configuration utility to investigate.

If anyone can help me fix either one if these problems please let me know. And if your in the baltimore area let me know if you want to take a look at it.
