how can i find the IP address/hostname if i know the MAC address

Wait a minute....somethings wrong with your profile....you say you are a Telecommunications System Administration; and you DO NOT know how to find an IP Address from a give Network card on the LAN / WAN ? Hmmm...strange.

tell me the easiest way?? to find out from MAC to IP from windows machine.

the MAC address is like the IEMI of a mobile, a hardware identifier. the IP is like a mobile phone number, only relevant to the current connection, and can be easily changed.

External IP (not part of LAN)

Internal IP (inside a LAN)
