Does anyone know of an easy way to run scheduled backups on Mac OS X, I have been searching on the web, but all I see is that I have to download third party software to do this, I want to be able to do this with the pre-installed software from Mac, I guess they should have something that is capable of doing this, and my goal is to run scheduled back ups to an external hard drive.
