I have a client running ShopKeeper v5 on a Mac G4 with a USB attached pin printer. Every 10-15th time the client runs a sale and tries to print the printer hangs from between 2-5 minutes, then eventually prints. This causes customers to become reasonably irrate, and if the client walks away before the print completes, when it finally does the register drawer pops open when they aren’t there.
Anyone have an idea what bug may be responsible?
Or how to stop the problem?
