Mac Printing issues-application crashes

By Tech_X ·
Mac Printing issues-application crashes when print setup is selected, but not just "print". Just selecting print button from Adobe Indesign or Safari works fine. It is the print setup button that crashes the App. We have tried user profile and printer recreation. Here is part of the error log:

There's nothing here in the log that reveals a "smoking gun," as it were.

Since you have already verified the driver installation, may I suggest you examine the fonts, especially if you have OS 9 emulation, aka Classic, enabled on that machine. You can use the "Font Book" app to examine which fonts are installed and active, although if you are using "InDesign," you probably have a more complete font utility available. You can also look at the "Fonts" folder in the "System Folder" to verify that all bit-mapped and TrueType fonts are properly enclosed in Suitcases, and that all PostScript fonts have a corresponding screen font enabled.
