Eradicator is a good freeware fix for the temp files, which are particularly problematic in 9.0.4, but not altogether resolved in 9.1 either. Another one is Empty Temp Folder (??? fuzzy at moment on utility name), which I found on VersionTracker. As for cookies, I've seen a program named Cookie Cutter posted among possible fixes, but I just go into the browser prefs files and clean 'em out, so I have never used a shareware solutions for the latter.

I'd recommend Aladdin's Spring Cleaning. It has a lot of useful and helpful features packed into a nice little application.

If you are using IE 5 you can clean out your cache and delete your history which should also get rid of your cookies.
