Macbook M1 connect to BCS-DVR-801ME / smartpss

Hello,

do you have any idea how to connect this recorder to macbook with M1?
Now it works great: windows 10, smartpss aplication but now we have mac;) in our company.

Can you help? Which application shoud we use?
Btw, there is no support M1 in this company. I wonder how to use the other application.

This looks to be the usual security system/CCTV type gear. They usually get some PC to do that task and leave it at that.

On the Apple you would use BOOTCAMP to run Windows or try a virtual machine like Virtual Box.

It seems that Bootcamp doesn’t run on a M1 CPU. The same might be true (but I didn’t check that) for Windows in a virtual machine; I doubt if it supports that CPU.

That would leave the PC solution.

My bad. May have to wait for the M5 computer.

Just kidding (Star Trek reference in title.)

I messed up here with the M1 issue. So the fix is supported PC than maybe run VNC server on the PC and for the M1 use the web browser.
