MacBook Pro poor performance on Minecraft

Hello, I have a MacBook Pro Intel Core i9, 16GB and AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4GB. However, there was one thing I did not understand. It has a graphics card, but I discovered that it also uses integrated graphics. Minecraft is an example.
Compared even with optifine I have terrible graphics and poor performance. I think the game is using the integrated board instead of the dedicated card.
I’m using the optifine, which increases performance and adds shaders. But it did not work. Many bugs happen.

I did find a bunch of suggestions on how to improve the frame rate on Reditt.

Minecraft is running extremely slow on my macbook pro, what can I do to fix this?

If you’re looking at how to speed up Minecraft, you can adjust the Battery settings

In Apple, the menu choose System Preferences.
Select Battery
Choose Battery from the left-side menu.
Disable “Automatic graphics switching.”

Does it help if you don’t use addons such as optifine (with all the bugs) and modded packs?
