Macro Problem

Hi everybody
I have a problem when opening MS document.
When I open the document, I find the following message

“The functions you are attempting to run contains macros or content that requires macro language support…”

After that I find (ok),
I have to click (ok) twice in order to open the document.

When I want to close the document, I have the following message

“Changes have been made that affect the global Template,Normal. Do you want to save those changes?”

If I click (yes), the document does not close. If I click (No),the document closes but not its background which closes with another click on (x)..

Please let me know how to solve this problem.
