Mail Meerge

I am lecturing and want to send a group of 100 students their own personal results on a regular basis. I believe this can be done with a so-called mail merge. Their results will be created in an excel spreadsheet and be similar to the following:
Question 1 below this will be the mark for Question 1 then Question 2 and below that the mark for Question 2 etc. There would be a column with the student unique ID
I weant to do a mail merge to send to all my students in order that each student would receive only his individual mark is this possible and if so how?
