I need to do a mail merge in Word using Access tables that are linked with a one to many relationship. The tables are linked by field(ssn). Table 1 is user information. Table 2 has all boards that a user is a member of. I tried using a query but it returned multi records per user. I need only 1 line per user listing all board names for table 2 in this line.
