In Outlook 2000 the Mail Merge facility allows the user to Merge only the Contacts fields in current view. We have a custom form that we use for our Contacts however even when I have changed the view to select the various columns for viewing purposes, when I run the mail merge and choose the fields in view on the Word Document the merge fields brought over are not the same. They have additional fields and some of the fields in the COntact form are ingnored.
I have tried this on the standard Contact form and the same thing happens – so it cannot be due to the custom form.
Can anyone help?
