Mail Merge issues in Word 2007Locked
I can edit a source document using the wizard in Word 07, however when I attempt to save I get teh message that the source file is read-only. This only happens if the source document is on a network drive. If I access the source document directly (instead of through the main document & the MM wizard), I am able to edit and save with no issues.
When I do the same process in Word 2003, I have no isseus whatsoever. Are there settings in Word which dictate how source documents are opened in 2007, and why would I not have the same issues with files on my C drive?
