Mail Merge Multiple Data to One Email ID

Hi all

For example, I have the details in an excel sheet as seen below -

Unique ID - Comment - Email ID

A - Hello -
A - Hi -
B - What -
B - Hiya -

When we use normal mail merge with excel, from the details above - FOUR emails will be sent, TWO to and TWO to

What I want to send to the email recipient ( say, to : ) is as below, in ONE single mail -

A - Hello
A - Hi

Please let me know how to carry out the process.
