I want to print off everyone's schedule on a form.
It is a schedule of multiple dates for one person with multiple listings.
For Instance:
Billy Bob 12/31/09 7am-5pm
Billy Bob 1/2/10 4pm-1am
Susie Que 12/30/09 7am-5pm
Susie Que 1/4/10 4pm-1am
How do I merge the data without repeating the person's name or having to do a lot of editing the data???
