Mail Merge

Can you send a mail merge email from a different email address than your normal user email? For example, I have two email boxes I send from, one from my user name, the other is a mailbox people can submit questions/comments too. When I sent my mail merge as a test, by default it sends it from my user name, but I want it to come from that other mailbox.
Any suggestions??
