Mail Programs Installation

I am using windows xp with 2 adminstrative user.
I have installed incredimail as my email program.
I am using it with my email account. The other user also wanted to use it on his account, but the program show the same setting as i have set. I wanted to have it installed like outlook express which is different for differnet user.
Please tell me how to change the setting so that incredimail program works same as outlook express for different user.
