Mailbox move between sites – 5.5

I would like to move several (15-20) mailboxes from one site to another. These belong to those users we love to hate. They want it done now, but want to do nothing to help. Is there any other way besides the mailbox migration utility to accomplish this? Both sites are exchange 5.5 on windows 2000 servers. Can exmerge do this, and does it come with exchange 5.5?
