I’m making mailing labels using an Access 2000 mailing label report. I include the Middle Initial field in the label. However, if a record has no data in this field, an extra space is created between the first and last name. How can I eliminate this space on the label when there is no Middle Initial. I have approached this from the Word Mail Merge tool with the same result. Access will skip a line where there is no data but can it be trained to skip a field where there is no data. Thanks
