I've used this a number of times to convert avis and mpegs but never used it for MOV file types. Their site says they support it, I would try them.

Try www.zamzar.com. I have had good luck with them in converting numerous different kinds of files and the do support .mov files. I have not personally tried it. Just upload your files, pick the kind of file you are converting too, give them your e-mail address and you will get an e-mail with a link to retrieve your converted file. Just make sure not to signup for the inbox usage. It is not necessary and it does cost a monthly fee. Read everything before you accept.
