AnalogX is a great program
http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/network/proxy.htm

Insatll it on the computer with the internet setup on, and configure the program.
Then go to all your machines and put a proxy in internet explorer with the IP of the AnalogX proxy computer and the port that you specified...
I have set it up before and it works great and very easy to use. If you have problems post back here and I will assist you, or check the site for install support...

Really the best solution in my eyes would be this
2-5 machines
DSL Modem -> Router w/ Built in 4 Port Switch -> All PC's

5+ machines
DSL Modem -> Router w/ Built in 4 Port Switch -> Switch (with appropriate amount of ports to support all your PC's) -> All PC's

One of the best solution is to configure a Linux router-firewall.
For start with this follow this link

Cercumventors

by ddog4040 In reply to making a proxy server

Im not exactly sure if this is what your looking for but... At this web page you can learn how to create a circumventor. I am not exactly sure if its the same, but it does the same thing. Only thing is the computer needs to be on for the circumventor to work. Also Firefox says that the cicumventors use "invalid security certificates", i believe this is only because they are running through other Pc's as the site below explanes.
