Hello to all and anyone that has the knowledge to share. I’m trying to make my own cable converson when compared to what it will cost to purchase and feel that it should be quite simple to make a 2-conductor cable. But before I go buying brand new cables and chopping anymore of them up I wanted to grasp a better understanding. I made a successful splice but when I went to view my video output all I got was pretty black & white image. From the BNC cable it’s just a Tip and a ground. From the Y/C cable I had used the Chrominance and the Chrominance ground. Should I have used the Luminance and the Luminance ground to get a color output? If not what then? I’d like to acheive a color output for an upcoming project I have. Thanks in advance…
