Tried system restore?

Assuming that system restore is enabled, restoring to a prior date may eliminate the virus.

The free Malware Bytes program does a good job detecting/removing bad things.

if you are knowlegeable with the registry editor, you can go in there and find it and right click on it and modify it, delete it becarefull on what you erase if your never been in the editor i suggest you be really really careful on what you delete you can do alot of harm.

With no disrespect intended, I would not recommend going after malware this way.

For starters, it is not possible to determine what programs, DLLs, com objects or CLSIDs were actually the virus, and which are not.

The more clever viruses use random file names and extensions as well as start a 'watcher' process which will auto-reinstall the virus if you simply try to delete the program from the disk. It is common that a virus will simply modify a kernel-level app like lsass.exe or winlogin.exe, or even spawn duplicate versions of explorer.exe.

Or you could try this

I think it's a free utility but as I have never used it I have no idea of how well it works or doesn't work.

Failing that you can try a Rescue Disc which are a common method of removing infections on Window Systems and you can read about these in this TR Blog

Your Malware

I'd start at a known helpful site like Register and post a request for help. You may be asked to download a program like HijackThis by Trend Micro and post its log or you may just get specific removal instructions.
