Hi Folks-
I’m curious to know who out there has to manage a training environment? In my situation, I have two classrooms of NT Workstations and multiple classes of students using them. The critical problems I have include quickly setting up theworkstations for the next class in line and locking down the machines to keep students out of things.
As far as keeping the configuration correct, I have been exploring the use of Ghost Enterprise but this still leaves much to be desired. I would like a centrally located “pushbutton” system to refresh a group of PCs quickly. Currently I still have to take into account hardware differences among workstations, as well as profile-specific configurations such as ODBC connections.
Anyone have any suggestions or experiences? Thanks in advance.
