Managing multiple print servers on MS server 2003

Hi

We currently have 1 print server on our server 2003 domain. We are considering adding another print server for fault tolerance. Do we need to do anything special or can we just add another print server? Would creating a server cluster in order to have a clustered print server be neccessary?
