I work at a large college with many servers. Once per month we have a Maintenance Sunday and I usually wind up doing the MS security patches etc. I need some sort of software that will help me to organize the pertinent data associated with each server. For instance I have a server and I know what software is on it. If I take that server offline because of reboot or bringing down a database which other servers will be affected and who are the contacts for each business group that is affected? I have all that information , I just need a way to organize it and make it available either out on the network or on our intranet. Any ideas?
