I am attempting to have the desktop icon layout mandatory for all user profiles local or domain. Therefore, when a user logs in they will see the Icon’s arranged in a certain patten. Instead icons being vertical they will be horizontal. Would this be accomplished through GPO or Mandatory Profile Settings?
