I seem to be having a problem setting up a mandatory profile on a winnt4.0 server for a windows 98 client. I did the following: I set up a user profile on a win98, the way I would want the profile to appear and basically stripped the user clean (no internet,no e-mail, no history & cookie folders etc) I designed the taskbar the way I want it w/certain items om it etc.I then copied the profile contents of the user I just created and copied it to the users home directory on the server and renamed user.dat to user.man.When I goto another computer and logon with the user I just created. The internet icon appears along w/the e-mail, history icons appear on the taskbar etc. I don’t see the items appear on the task bar that I created the profile with.I think that I’m doing everything right. I would appreciate any help that anybody could give me. Thanks in advance….
