Mandatory Profiles Windows 2000 Pro

I have created a user profile on a Windows 2000 Professional workstation and then renamed the USER.DAT file to USER.MAN to create a mandatory profile.

Howevere the user can still change their desktop settings and they are remembered for their next login.

Have I forgotten anything?
