Mandrake 7.1

I have an IBM T21 Laptop. I am trying to Load Mandrake 7.1 on it but I am unable to get the graphics portion of the install working. The install goes rather smooth, but when i am prompted to select my video and monitor I am unable to get them working. Can someone point me in the right direction?
