When i press the power button to turn on my Dell latitude d600 i notice that all the lights (the powerlight, capslock light, number lock light, scroll lock light) above the keyboard just start flashing then stop and the machine does not come on. I will try to turn on the machine again (by pressing the power button) and the same things happens. This will go on for a number of times before the laptop finally boots to the operating system.
This will happen wheter or not the laptop is running on the batteries.
Does anyone know what causes this. Its an refurbished dell laptop i bought from off ubid .
