Map Network Drive GUI Missing

Have a user who when trying to map a network drive either by right mouse click on my computer, or via explorer/tools/map network drive, the gui does not appear. Strictly his id, as other id’s on same computer do work. He is capable of mapping via command line “net use”

Any ideas?
