Map .PST File from Outlook to Network Drive

Please help.

I am trying to map .pst file from Outlook 2003 to a network drive. I would like to have that .pst file to keep updating it self on the network drive. Can some one please explain if this possible. I am trying to do for about 200 desktop and laptops with in my company.
