Mapped drive access

Am using server 2003 in one of my clients office of about 26 users.
i have two mapped drive on it which are Office(O) and Mail(U). Last week the drive was full so i had to extend the storage capacity of the drives.I plug another HDD and shift the mail folder to the new one and the Office folder remain in the previous drive. But now i cant see my office folder from the users computer n this include every document that they have to work on. What could be the problem please somebody help me before i loose my Contract.
