Mapped Network Drive Changes

To whom it may concern:
I have a network drive mapped on a user’s machine. (His OS is NT 4.0) For some reason, everytime he reboots his machine, the letter of the mapped drive changes from Z to another letter. I must make this mapped drive stay with letter Z or it doesn’t function properly.
