Mapping Drive Issues in Windows 2000 Pro

I received a new IBM Thinkpad T23 with the Windows 2000 pre-installed. If I login to the laptop via my domain everything works great. The owner of the laptop logs in and she cannot map drives..see any of the administrative tools options and some .exe programs.

If she logs into the laptop locally she can everything…but once she logs in via the domain she cannot do the things I mentioned above.

She is setup as an administrator on the laptop, their are no domain login scripts that should prevent her from any of these issues she is facing.

Any suggestions?
