mapping network drives

By compserv ·
I need a way to map a couple of network drives via a logon script of somekind that is located on the server. I want the ability to change several mappings without visiting each machine. I intend to use a simple batch file with the "net use" command, but would be happy with something better...
My clients are 98 machines running group policies
The server is win 2003 Enterprise Edition

The old "NET USE in a batch file" solution is tried and true, and leaves little to the imagination when troubleshooting is required. However, for more flexibility you could try Kixtart scripting, available in the NT and W2K Resource Kits (and probably Server 2003 Res Kit also).
