We’re on a 98SE over NT4 network and use Office 2000. One of our users recently married and changed her name. Although our Exchange 5.5 has a new mailbox showing her married name, her Outlook refuses to let her in saying she doesn’t have permission(new network name and p/w work fine)
I have removed all traces of her maiden name from registry, and completely uninstalled O2000 but Outlook still shows maiden name in licensed to field.
